Job Requirement
- Diploma in Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or Business studies
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Understanding of Anti-money laundering (AML), fraud, and risk management concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and databases
- Aptitude to quickly learn new (proprietary) systems and procedures
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all processing and payment authorization are carried out promptly and accurately.
- Resolved issues related to clients’ payment queries.
- Track, manage, and reconcile transactions daily to ensure our accounting records are accurate.
- Monitor payments, identify and prevent fraud instances, and resolve any gaps and discrepancies.
- Highlight risks and deviations in the reconciliation process to seniors on an immediate basis.
- Evaluate alerts from Payment Services Providers and take any necessary action.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support, Back Office, and Compliance Departments in special/large fraud cases and provide support and guidance to the Customer Experience team.
- Identify activities and opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Liaise with external and internal associates as necessary.
