Some tips from the profesional traders

There are many well known traders out there selling their stock picking courses and seminars. Their methods encompass complicated analysis and indicators that are supposed to help you choose the right stocks to buy. When that doesn't work they offer you "in depth" trading courses full of rules that are virtually impossible to remember or follow, and when that doesn't work they tell you you need a winner's mind set.

The truth is that real traders don't need to spend a lot of time or effort picking stocks. If you know the direction of the market for any given period, you could throw a dart at a list of stocks and come out a winner.

If you own a stock, and the market is going up, chances are you'll make money. If you own a stock, and the market is going down, chances are you'll lose money. Believe it or not, it's just that simple.

During the Bull Market of the 90's, people who didn't know a stock from a stick were making fortunes. Dot Com companies that were losing money hand over fist were going higher each day. The old saying is true: "In a Bull Market, everyone is a genius."

During the past couple of years the Nasdaq market has dropped over 50% in value. Do you know anyone who made money buying Nasdaq stocks during this period.? Of course not. The kiss of death in trading is being on the wrong side of the market.

And this goes for any time frame be it yearly, monthly, daily or hourly. The bottom line is that to make money in stocks you have to be on the right side of the market.

The large brokerages have datacenters working around the clock trying to determine market direction. Once a trend has been determined, these computers are programmed to buy or sell stocks depending on the direction of the trend and re-enforcing it.

Since this technology has never been available to the public, the average trader was at the mercy of these large institutions. Trading Pro is changing that scenario.
